About us Sandhem Gruppen AB offers exit services for individuals who want to leave criminality, as well as sheltered accommodation for individuals exposed to domestic violence (DV), honor-related violence and oppression (HRVO), and other forms of threats and violence. We work to create a safe and supportive environment for our clients, and we are currently looking for dedicated individuals with knowledge and interest in supporting our clients who need to move forward with some form of occupation.

About the position As a job coach, you will work closely with our clients and help them enter the labor market. You will work with individual implementation plans, where you support clients in identifying their needs and creating conditions for a successful path to work or education.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual meetings with participants to support and guide them in their work and education processes, such as creating CVs & PBs.
• Thoroughly and accurately document the client's development and activities.
• Establish and develop partnerships with local employers and education coordinators to find the right matches for each individual.
• Plan and conduct lectures and workshops for participants to promote their work readiness and education.
• Work independently with responsibility for coaching participants and managing their progress.

You will be the sole responsible job coach at our office in Lomma, but you are part of a supportive team of job coaches at our other offices and have close contact with your immediate on-site manager.

What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is committed to working with people and has the ability to build long-term relationships. You are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys working independently but also as part of a team. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to plan and organize your work effectively, while adapting your approach to each individual's needs. A driver's license B is required.

Competence requirements

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
• At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:
  • Work management with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Transition work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Handling of personnel issues
  • Work with labor market and labor market issues
  • Work with social and group psychology
  • Career guidance

Qualities we value

• You are pedagogical and have an easy time conveying knowledge and creating understanding.
• You can work independently and take personal responsibility.
• Experience in sales work is advantageous.
• You have a good network locally and regionally.
• Language skills in Arabic, Somali, or other languages are advantageous.
• You are social, outgoing, and have an easy time creating new contacts.
• You are structured, flexible, and can take initiative.
• You have good communication skills and can create enthusiasm and engagement in your work.

Employment conditions The position is hourly and working hours vary, which means evening and weekend work may occur.
