We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator who is responsible for ensuring correct and efficient payroll administration. Together with colleagues in the payroll office, you will support the authority in matters related to salaries and other compensations.

This is a consultancy assignment for Bemannia. The position is full-time (100%). The assignment should start no later than 2025-02-10 but preferably as soon as possible and last for six (6) months. Location: Norrköping.

You work closely with the group leader and colleagues in the payroll office to administer salary payments, reporting, and support to employees. Your role includes handling salary-related issues, expenses, advances, and system administration.

In this position, the following (but not exclusively) tasks may occur;

• process and verify payroll data
• prepare payroll lists
• prepare reports and statistics
• account for taxes and social security contributions
• compile time and absence reports
• answer questions from employees (e.g. about salary and vacation leave)
• make calculations and corrections
• daily management and supervision of operations
• work with the entire payroll process up to the payroll run (e.g. travel expenses, corrections, driving logs, various leaves, benefits, certificates, and checks).

Together with colleagues in the payroll office, you will support the authority in matters related to salaries and other compensations.

Your qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a payroll administrator
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of payroll systems
• Good knowledge of financial systems
• Good knowledge of collective agreements
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meriting

• Experience with the Personec P payroll systemFor the assignment, references from two (2) similar assignments must also be provided, carried out in the last five (5) years on similar objects such as: Payroll Specialist.
