About the job

As a Senior Financial Expert, you will work in an exciting and fast-changing environment where you will be responsible for supporting the closing process and handling investigation issues related to IFRS, K3, and group reporting, as well as ensuring external reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will also work on liquidity planning and optimization by developing and managing forecast models, and handling Cash Management and Treasury-related issues such as FX trading, currency management, and credit management. The role includes being the contact person for banks and other financing institutions, as well as handling bank-related issues such as supplier guarantees and financing solutions. You will also, together with the Head of Accounting, handle complex accounting issues and communicate with external auditors, acting as a sounding board in the audit process. Furthermore, the role involves developing models and tools for financial planning and supporting the organization cross-functionally in financial matters. You will report to the CFO.

Profile we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a solid background in finance and economics who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You have a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 5-10 years of experience in group closing and external reporting. You have good knowledge of K3, IFRS, and group reporting, preferably with experience in an international group. Experience working in a publicly listed environment is a requirement, with an understanding of the reporting and integrity requirements. You also have documented experience in Cash Management and Treasury issues.

You will be based at the head office in Borås, or alternatively at our flagship store in Stockholm. Regardless of your location, you will need to be present at the head office approximately 2 days a week or as agreed.
