Social Worker for Youth Group in Nässjö Municipality
Are you a social worker with experience in authority for children and young people? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Nässjö Municipality is looking for a dedicated social worker for the placement unit, where you will work with young people aged 13-20. In this role, you will handle investigations, open initiatives, and placements for young people, focusing on supporting an independent life and creating good conditions for the future of the youth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of cases according to SoL, LVU, and LuL
- Teamwork with a focus on relationship building and collaboration with families
- Participation in placement councils to ensure quality and manage challenges
- Documentation in Combine and external supervision
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education, as well as experience in authority within social services. Good knowledge of the social services' mission and legislation is important, as well as experience with BBIC. Personal qualities such as precision, independence, and good cooperation skills are crucial for the role.
