As a BI Analyst with us, you will be a key player responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions. You will work with the entire data flow – from ensuring data quality to creating dashboards and reports that help the business make wise, strategic decisions. The role is broad and includes close collaboration with various business areas such as production, technology, and sales, where your work contributes to optimizing processes and increasing efficiency. The role is new, and you will have great freedom to create structure and processes together with the CEO and management team. You report to the CEO.

Your main responsibilities

• Analyze and visualize data from various sources using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Create reports and dashboards that highlight trends, key patterns, and opportunities for business decisions.
• Collaborate with departments such as production, sales, and technology to ensure that data is used effectively in decision-making processes.
• Ensure data quality and develop efficient data collection processes.
• Work on strategic projects related to digital solutions, product innovation, and delivery reliability.
• Provide support in developing new data-driven processes that strengthen our market position.

Who are we looking for?

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, statistics, economics, or similar.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role.
• Good experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik and a good understanding of SQL
• Previous work with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
• A strong analytical ability and a knack for turning complex data into clear and concrete recommendations.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
