The role of a social worker/nurse in psychiatry

You will be part of the psychosocial team and work with counseling, psychological therapy, assessment, investigation, and diagnosis, individually and in groups. You will also collaborate with various professionals at the health center. Through early interventions, the goal is to facilitate recovery and prevent relapse for our patients. Our mission is to treat patients aged 18 and above with mild to moderate mental health issues and offer shorter treatment periods.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment and interest in people, always putting the patient first. You should be a qualified social worker or nurse specializing in psychiatry. It is advantageous but not required to have experience in primary care, CBT competence level 1, or knowledge of substance abuse/risky behavior. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position is permanent, and you are offered full-time employment initially, but the employment rate can be discussed based on your preferences. Entry by agreement.
