Habiliteringen Dalarna is now looking for a new team member with the important task of supporting our therapists in their patient work. Habiliteringen is a county-wide specialist operation located in five places in Dalarna. Each unit has interdisciplinary child and youth teams as well as adult teams. The mission of Habiliteringen is to offer specialist interventions to children, young people, and adults with congenital or early acquired disabilities, as well as to their relatives, in order to achieve the best possible functional ability and a functioning everyday life.

Medical Secretary for Habiliteringen, Falun/Borlänge

Job Description

Your tasks include documentation in medical records and other administrative systems, so it is important that you are able to express yourself in writing. Most of our operations require computer skills, and as we move towards an increasingly digitalized world, it is important to have an interest in learning new digital tools. All secretaries with us are system administrators. Other customary administrative tasks are included in the position, such as reception work, handling telephone matters in TeleQ, booking patients, and more.

Requirements:

• Medical Secretary Program 120 higher education credits, Healthcare Administration Program 180 higher education credits, Medical Secretary Vocational Training 400 points, 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation training, or other education/experience deemed relevant/equivalent by the employer.
• B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.

Meritorious:

• Experience in secretarial work.
• You should have good data skills, and it is advantageous if you have skills in handling the Region's IT systems such as TakeCare, Heroma, and Raindance.
