You have a strong technical foundation, are communicative and responsive, and have a good understanding of business benefits and customer value. In addition, to succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have extensive knowledge in systems and software development, you master several programming languages and are accustomed to navigating within multiple tech stacks.
• Are used to working from a lifecycle perspective with e.g., requirements, architecture, design, testing, and integration.
• Have an interest in taking on adjacent roles, such as Solution Architect or Tech Lead, when needed.
• Have a bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field.
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
