What we will do together AI and Machine Learning are becoming increasingly important in many of our projects. As an AI developer, you will contribute to and lead the region's work in the AI/ML field and divide your time among several activities. We believe your tasks may look like this:

• In the early phases of projects, such as pre-sales and feasibility studies, you contribute by identifying potential, business opportunities, and helping the customer understand AI.
• You develop Proof-of-Concepts and create solutions, from data management to ML training and deployment.
• In the development phase, you contribute hands-on and drive the work of integrating AI while supporting our developers and customers.
• In the final phase of projects, you assist with solutions and routines to ensure long-term management of models and data flows.

Since the field is new to us in the region, you will be the first to take on the role locally, but you will be part of the company's AI group with more colleagues from different offices. We see several opportunities where you can also contribute locally by providing knowledge about AI/Data engineering and drawing inspiration and knowledge from local networks, which you can then share at our office in the form of workshops, lectures, and projects.

To succeed in the role, we would also like you to have:

• Approximately 5 years of work experience from a similar role and familiarity with data management and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of techniques for Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and/or model optimization for efficient management.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
