Your Role

As a project manager with us, you will be a central part of a team where technology, innovation, and collaboration are in focus. You will lead and drive projects in areas such as system development, drone applications (UAS), air defense, command systems, and information management. Projects can vary in size and nature, and you will manage several assignments simultaneously.

As a project manager, you are an important cog in a project team and will work on:

• Building strong project teams that you lead through goal management, delegated responsibility, and by utilizing each individual's strengths and competencies
• Leading and supporting the team through the development process
• Financial tracking and cost estimation of assignments
• Customer relations, upselling, and business development

Your Profile

We are looking for a project manager who is solution-oriented and goal-driven, with the ability to deliver projects on time and with the right quality. You have a technical understanding and want to work closely with both customers and users to ensure that projects meet their needs.

You are also good at creating great engagement within your teams, and you understand the importance of communicating clearly and effectively. You have the ability to build and lead project groups where you get the best out of each individual's competence. Working with different types of people is something you enjoy, and you have a strong ability to create good collaborations by being attentive and considerate of others' needs.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in software development, mechatronics, technical systems, or maintenance. Experience in several of these areas is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role, such as project manager or systems engineer.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

If you have experience from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), the Armed Forces, or military training, this is an advantage.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
