JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Handle incoming emails and inquiries
• Administer the client's online shop
• Set up, manage, and update customers in the internal system

• Has 1-3 years of experience in the role of administrator, customer service, or customer service representative
• Speaks and writes English and Swedish fluently
• Enjoys working independently while appreciating the support from your closest colleagues
• Is social and contributes to a positive group dynamic

• Holds administrative tasks close to your heart

It is a merit if you have good system skills and have worked in the following programs:
