ABOUT THE POSITION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Handle incoming emails and inquiries
- Administer the client's online shop
- Set up, manage, and update customers in the internal system
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has 1-3 years of experience in the role of administrator, customer service, or customer service representative
- Speaks and writes English and Swedish fluently
- Enjoys working independently while appreciating the support from your closest colleagues
- Is social and contributes to a positive group dynamic
- Believes that a successful workday is when you have solved a problem or helped a colleague
- Holds administrative tasks close to your heart
It is a merit if you have good system skills and have worked in the following programs:
- Office365
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
- Rillion Prime
