Nexer has, after winning a procurement with Inera, been tasked with developing, streamlining, and managing the digital healthcare service 1177.se. We are now looking for a tester in test automation.

You will be part of a tight-knit team consisting of 8-10 developers, an architect, and a scrum master. Our team will be distributed across two locations, Växjö and Jönköping, where the entire team will sit together at a common location 2 days a week.

Who are you?

You who are applying have at least 5 years of experience as a tester in automated testing or are a developer with a few years of experience in test automation and interested in a role as a tester.

As a tester in test automation, you will work to ensure software quality by creating automated test cases, building and optimizing integration and build flows, and developing the team's approach to CI/CD. You have an understanding of/knowledge in one or more technologies and testing tools such as Jenkins, Selenium, Shell Scripting, or Docker, to name a few. You handle scripting languages like Java and/or Python, C, C++, C#.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, is a requirement.

It is important that you are willing to give and receive constructive feedback. You have good problem-solving skills combined with security thinking and attention to detail. The assignments are with our clients who operate in both the public and private sectors. Many of our clients in the private sector are in automotive, defense industry, and automated industry. As a consultant in an in-house team, you will perform the work in Nexer's premises or from home, often in a hybrid combination.
