About the role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a central role in providing user and technical support for our customers. You will focus on resolving customer issues related to the financial components of IST's systems, via phone and customer portal. This is crucial to ensuring an effective user experience.

In support, you will be part of a friendly and professional team where each individual contributes to the team's success. The work environment is characterized by collaboration and mutual respect, creating a positive atmosphere. The support team collectively strives to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality service to our users.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support and technical solutions for users with technical issues related to our systems and applications.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems related to system and application functionality.
  • Working closely with our development team to report and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Managing and escalating cases according to the company's support process.

We are looking for an engaged person with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support, particularly in system support and application areas.
  • Good general economic understanding and experience with financial flows.
  • Understanding of system and application architecture and functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, programming, and database management is highly desirable.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional approach in all customer situations.
  • Experience working with IT systems.
