What does a day look like for a Configuration Technician at Foxway?

As a Configuration Technician, your responsibility is to install and update operating systems, applications, and other software according to customer specifications.

You will follow specifications for the customer's hardware and software and assist with image certifications and applications. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as backing up and restoring computer images, delivering and installing computers, and updating permissions. You will also customize and synchronize computers, and finally, test the newly configured devices to ensure they function as intended – troubleshooting as necessary.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
• A willingness to collaborate with colleagues to develop your technical knowledge.

To succeed in this role, it is advantageous if you have knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, or data systems. But don't worry – if you lack this but have a strong desire to learn, we encourage you to apply anyway. The most important thing for us is to find the right person!

• Working hours: Full-time, 07:00–16:00
• Please note: Foxway has clients in the public sector, which requires a clean criminal record.
