The main task of the IT department is to be responsible for the operation, delivery, and development of business-supporting processes and IT services in a Windows environment. Together with your colleagues, you will work both strategically and operationally for the group's companies and users. On a daily basis, you will handle incoming incidents and service requests, administer our Microsoft environment, server environment, and the physical IT environment. The department, together with the IT manager, handles the strategic aspects regarding inventory, purchasing, integration, and implementation of business systems-related systems and services.

Your area of responsibility is 2nd/3rd line support where you receive cases from the helpdesk and perform deeper troubleshooting on cases that could not be resolved there. As a 2nd/3rd line technician, you are also involved in building and developing the IT environment itself. The nature of different cases and tasks can be very varied, but the pace is always high and stimulating.

As we are part of a group (Balco Group), we have companies spread across Europe where business trips occur regularly within the role of IT Technician. Therefore, we require a B driver's license and that you have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
