You have a strong technical foundation, are communicative and attentive, and have a good understanding of business benefits and customer value. In addition, to succeed in the role we believe you:

• Have extensive knowledge in systems and software development, you master several programming languages and are used to navigating multiple technology stacks.
• Are accustomed to working from a lifecycle perspective with e.g. requirements, architecture, design, testing, and integration.
• Have an interest in taking on adjacent roles, such as Solution Architect or Tech Lead, when needed.
• Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
• Can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
