The Assignment

The role of HR Business Partner is an operational and advisory role with a strong focus on the collective bargaining part of the business. You work closely with supervisors and production managers in areas such as extrusion, surface treatment, and processing.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Advising on personnel issues, labor law, and interpretation of collective agreements, primarily within the IF Metall agreement area
• Leading MBL negotiations and, in some cases, KA negotiations
• Responsible for contact and routines related to occupational health care
• Participation in joint HR activities according to the annual wheel, e.g., development conversations, updating competence matrices, and introduction programs
• Involvement in HR projects and other administration in collaboration with others in the HR team

The role is based in Finspång and involves close collaboration with colleagues in Vetlanda.

Your Profile

Hydro is looking for a confident and collaborative HRBP with the ability to build trust and handle complex situations. You easily adapt to changing conditions, plan your work with structure, and take initiative where needed.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• University degree in HR or other relevant academic education
• At least 3 years of experience in broad HR work, preferably from a production environment
• Good knowledge of labor law and experience in union negotiations
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a leader or have worked with Employer branding and internal communication, areas that are becoming increasingly important in our continued development.
