For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are plentiful. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the hub of our larger delivery projects. You will work closely with project managers and commercial project managers to ensure that internal processes function effectively and that the project is delivered according to plan, with the right quality and on time. The role is central to communication both internally and with the client, and it suits you who are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy responsibility. Your main tasks include:

• Coordinating administrative processes in the project in collaboration with the project manager
• Responsible for coordinating functions such as quality, logistics, procurement, and documentation
• Reporting costs, time, and resources to project management
• Preparing and following up on customer meetings
• Participating in financial and risk-related project reviews
• Supporting the development of strategies and project setups
• Identifying and reporting any obstacles or deviations in the project's implementation

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we believe you are a good communicator, both written and orally. You are structured, proactive, and have a strong focus on driving tasks to completion. You have a natural ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You thrive on:

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Documented experience in coordinating projects, preferably within technical delivery projects
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good administrative skills and system proficiency
• Structured, goal-oriented, and proactive in your working style

Meritorious

• Experience in the energy sector or industrial delivery projects
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems
• Experience communicating with international clients
