Are you an analytical and business-oriented person with strong financial competence? Do you have experience in controlling and want to work in a long-term and socially important organization? We are now looking for both Financial Controllers and Business Controllers for future assignments with our client in the defense industry in Linköping.

The assignments may vary in nature and scope, but regardless of focus, you will play an important role in supporting the organization with qualified financial analyses and decision-making support.

Responsibilities

As a controller, you work in the intersection of finance and operations, and you will contribute to ensuring financial control, follow-up, and strategic decision support.

Depending on the focus of the assignment (financial or business control), your responsibilities may include:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up
• Ongoing analysis of revenues, costs, and key figures
• Profit follow-up and reporting to management
• Financial advice to managers and project leaders
• Identification of deviations and improvement proposals
• Participation in business planning, calculations, and investment analyses
• Monthly and annual financial statements (mainly for Financial Controllers)
• Support in strategic decision-making and business development (mainly for Business Controllers)

To be successful in this role, you need

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or similar
• Several years of experience working as a controller – either in financial or business control
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up in larger organizations
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with business systems (e.g., Agresso, IFS, Hyperion)
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
