ABOUT THE POSITION
At Academic Work, we are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client in Jonsered. In this role, you will work with a team in logistics and customer service where no day is the same. The role involves handling bookings, freight, and invoicing of goods as well as customs clearance of export goods.
Customers are located all over the world, and you will strive to proactively provide them with excellent customer service and be available to solve problems. The work is service-oriented, and you will have the opportunity to develop in your role and grow with responsibilities and tasks. The position is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Academic Work and then work at our client’s site. The assignment runs from 2025-04-28 to 2025-09-30 with a chance for extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Register incoming internal and external orders
- Plan and book transport for global shipments
- Work with export documentation
- Handle debit and credit transactions
- Work in their CRM Case Management tool, sorting and assigning cases
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a background in logistics
- Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in CRM systems
- Experience in a similar role previously
To succeed in this role, we see that you are detail-oriented, organized, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach. You are relationship-building and collaborative.
