We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented paint technician who wants to be part of our team!

In the role of paint technician, you will be responsible for performing painting and repairing damage to vehicles with high precision and quality. You will work with everything from minor paint damage to more extensive paint jobs, in close collaboration with our workshop team and customers. If you have experience in painting and are solution-oriented with an eye for detail, this job is for you!

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the automotive industry focused on painting and damage repair. We value teamwork and understand the importance of providing excellent service to our customers. The workshop of the future is characterized by modern environments and a pronounced service mindset. It is no longer just about taking care of the car, but also about providing the best possible service and experience for the customer.

We are looking for a responsible, driven, proactive, cooperative, and meticulous person. A valid driver's license (B) is required. You see opportunities rather than problems and get things done. We expect you to have experience in painting and a solid interest in cars. It is a plus if you have worked with Cabas before and have experience in repairing and painting larger jobs in the vehicle's structure.

Your main tasks include independently performing painting and service on our customers' cars. Daily tasks include painting collision-damaged cars and reading work orders via Cabas while following manufacturers' repair instructions. You will be part of a close-knit team of damage technicians, claims adjusters, customer receptionists, and coaches. We work with brands such as: Volvo, Polestar, Renault, Dacia, Peugeot, Citroën, Lynk, Maxus, and Tesla.
