Mechanical Technician Wanted in Gothenburg

We are now looking for a committed and solution-oriented mechanical technician for one of our client's workshops in Gothenburg. As a mechanical technician, you will primarily work with the maintenance and repair of machines and vehicles. Most of the work is performed in our workshop, but planned service and urgent interventions in the field may occur. You will work both independently and in a team, where safety, quality, and efficiency are always in focus. The position also includes handling technical deviations and ensuring that all work is carried out according to applicable regulations and internal procedures. We are looking for someone who is business-minded, quality-conscious, and has an easy time collaborating with others.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• Vehicle technical education or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience as a mechanical technician or in a similar technical role
• Category B driving license
• The ability to work solution-focused and service-oriented
• A flexible approach and interest in technical solutions

A health examination for security service, which is conducted before potential employment, is required for this position.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with tracked machines and work tools
• Category C driving license
• Knowledge of heavy vehicles, hydraulics, or electrical systems
