This will be your role As a technical project manager, you will be a key person in driving and coordinating technical projects from idea to finished solution. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to create optimal technical solutions and efficient processes.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating technical projects within the process industry, such as new constructions and renovations as well as the introduction of digital working methods.
• Conducting feasibility studies, needs analyses, and procurement processes.
• Designing and optimizing process technical solutions and ensuring the right choice of materials and equipment.
• Collaborating with production, automation, and electrical/instrumentation to ensure a holistic view in the projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Driving digitalization initiatives and implementing smart technical solutions.

Here’s how you will shine We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience in driving projects in the process industry. You are used to handling complex technical challenges and ensure that projects are delivered with the highest quality. As a leader, we believe you are attentive, have the ability to build long-term relationships, and can manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize correctly.

We believe you have:

• An engineering degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of industrial experience.
• Experience leading large technical projects in roles such as project manager, sub-project manager, or technical lead.
• Understanding of process design, mechanics, automation, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Experience in digitalization and automation of processes.
• A strong initiative and a desire to create change.
