The Buildings business area is one of the largest players in Sweden and the Nordics in the real estate sector, with over 1500 employees.

Our Buildings Inspection and Management section in Gothenburg currently has 11 employees and works with HVAC in existing properties. No one knows everything, but together we offer the customer a comprehensive solution for installation-related projects through measurement/analysis, feasibility studies, tender calculations, design, technical project management, balancing, installation coordination, inspection, OVK, and maintenance planning.

We are growing, and together with you, we want to strengthen our offering of technical project managers. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and clients, and you will be part of a company with dedicated experts.

In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects from feasibility study and early calculations to completion. You will:

• Perform technical solutions together with our administrators and designers.
• Lead other consultants who carry out design work.
• Be the technical responsible for HVAC or installation coordinator during the construction phase.
• Act as the link between the client and the contractor.

Qualifications

To thrive in your role as a Technical Project Manager, you are self-driven, engaged, and attentive. You can communicate effectively and collaborate with both contractors and clients. We work long-term as a strategic partner to our clients, so you thrive in a relationship-building role. As a person, you are curious and find it exciting to come up with new technical solutions together with our HVAC designers and energy experts.

We see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC consultant, installation coordinator, or contractor in a project management role.
• A degree in engineering or relevant vocational training or equivalent work experience in the industry.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

In addition to the above requirements, experience in HVAC inspections is a merit.
