About the Position

In 2025, Bring will establish a new competence center for accounting in Helsingborg! The ambition is to become one of the most efficient accounting centers in the Nordics with a high degree of automated processes and a curiosity for innovative solutions and new technologies such as AI.

The department is part of the group's overall finance & accounting function, with colleagues in both Sweden and Norway. The parent company Posten Bring AS and its subsidiaries together comprise 60 companies, employing over 12,000 people across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

As a member of Bring's RTR team, you will be part of an exciting journey. Several positions will be filled within the RTR team, and we are looking for a combination of junior and more senior candidates who thrive in a forward-leaning and dynamic organization. These positions are located at Bring's office in pleasant and newly renovated premises in Helsingborg, close to the train station and with good commuting options.

The positions are full-time starting September 1st. SJR is assisting Bring in the recruitment process, and all inquiries will be answered by SJR.

Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting work for the group's companies
• Monthly closing including reporting
• Annual closing, annual reports, and income tax returns
• Account reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations
• VAT reporting according to Nordic regulations
• Dialogue and collaboration with our internal customers in four Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland) regarding accounting-related questions
• Dialogue with auditors and other external parties
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop working methods, routines, and create more automated processes with the support of new technologies such as RPA, AI, etc.

Suitable Background

• 1-5 years of experience in accounting and auditing
• University degree in finance or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is an advantage
• Experience in accounting work within a large group operating in the Nordics is an advantage
• Experience with the accounting system OeBS and Qlikview, reporting system FCC, or similar systems is an advantage
• A strong technological interest in solving tasks in new, more automated ways
