About the Position

As a strategist, you will be part of the unit for Environment and Collaboration. Here, you will coordinate the work with MTM's strategy and work with other strategists on the strategic goals. You play an important role in driving organizational development in accordance with the authority's strategy during a time of change regarding the ecosystem for accessible reading. Furthermore, you will drive cross-functional work and lead complex change processes. This involves broad anchoring and involvement across the organization as well as in dialogue and collaboration with external stakeholders.

Monitoring the external environment and keeping track of politics and society is a natural part of the job.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Academic education, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area for the position. Or a degree from a more comprehensive practical education such as Kaospiloterna, Hyper Island, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience and good knowledge of methodology for strategic work.
• Solid experience in organizational development.
• Experience in project or process management.
• Experience in change management.
• Experience in a leading role in establishing development methodology.
• Experience in coordination work.
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and decision-makers at various levels.
• Knowledge of navigating complex issues and conflicts of interest.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Relevant further education in areas such as strategic work, organizational development, leadership, process management, project management, and facilitation.
• Experience in goal and follow-up work.
• Experience in political monitoring.
• Experience in external collaboration.
• Insight into governance and organizational issues.
• Experience in roles that require leadership without being a manager.
• Familiarity with policy areas relevant to the authority.
• Knowledge of MTM's target groups, products, media, and services.
• Further education in areas such as strategic work, leadership, organizational development, process management, and facilitation.
• Methodology for co-creation processes and workshop design.

To succeed in the role of strategist, you have a strong analytical ability and work strategically based on a goal- and result-oriented approach. You work methodically, see the whole picture, and consider the larger perspective. Furthermore, you have a very good ability to facilitate constructive dialogues and enjoy taking initiative, leading processes, and achieving results. You create contacts and maintain relationships with a strong interest in collaboration with others. You are also flexible, attentive, and have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

About the Employment

The employment is full-time and permanent. It begins with a 6-month probationary period. MTM applies individual salary setting. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.

The position is located at the office in Malmö with the possibility of hybrid work.
