About the position

As part of our HR team, you make a difference every day by contributing to a positive corporate culture and providing conditions for employees to thrive and work towards our goal of a sustainable society. The role is broad and includes tasks across many areas of HR. The work is primarily operational, and examples of tasks may include:

• Working closely with the organization and consultatively supporting HR issues.
• Identifying and driving development work to improve our HR processes.
• Responsible for owning, driving, and further developing several HR processes.
• Administration and follow-up within all HR processes such as contract writing, skills development, work environment, and sick leave.
• Participating in mapping, investigating, and following up on work environment risks.
• Compiling and following up on work injury and incident reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
• Collaboration with external partners such as occupational health services, authorities, and academia.

Who are you?

You have a genuine interest in HR issues and see it as a given to provide good service to the organization through a consultative approach. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously is second nature to you. You are solution-oriented and interested in finding improvements in our various HR processes. You are meticulous and have the ability to plan and structure your workday.

With your positive and natural ability to build and maintain relationships, you create engagement and contribute to a good work environment for your colleagues.

We want you to have

• Post-secondary education in HR or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in broad HR work.
• Very good computer skills, system understanding, and you are proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious

• Previous experience with Agda payroll.
• Experience in independently managing small projects.
• Experience in recruitment.

Employment

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Working hours: 100%

Start date: 2025-08-04

Location: NSR's headquarters in Helsingborg
