AudioNova is looking for a Front Office who is interested in, together with the current Front Office, working with customer reception in the store at our reception in Lund. Your role is of great importance to the reception, and therefore it is an important role to take on. Do you want to be a part of our success and well-being?

Immediate start or according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities: As Front Office at AudioNova, you will work with customer reception, switchboard, bookings, invoicing, receipts, and cash handling, troubleshooting, and basic service of hearing aids and aids. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork with the customer in focus. You have experience in customer service, administration, and switchboard, a high service mindset, and the ability to be flexible and structured. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals. Since your role is the face of our store, it is important that you are service-oriented and can quickly switch between back office tasks and taking care of our customers at the counter.

Education/Experience: You who are applying have a strong sense of teamwork and can deliver good customer service. You have good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Furthermore, you are expected to independently prioritize and structure tasks while being a good team colleague with a requirement for flexibility both as a person and in your role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
