About the Position

The Controlling and Support unit for Forest/Timber is now expanding with an additional timber economist. The role includes monitoring transport flows and costs as well as reviewing and paying transport invoices. In addition, you will assist with invoicing and monthly closing for timber transactions and participate in the preparation of monthly closings. The work requires the ability to handle and critically review large amounts of information to make calculations and analyses. The job also includes providing services related to timber administration and financial support to our subsidiary Meraskog.

We are looking for someone who has a driven and enthusiastic attitude towards the tasks, as well as an affinity for numbers and an analytical approach to business. You are communicative and collaborate easily with others.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge and experience in timber accounting,
• Experience with the VIOL system
• Experience with transport issues and timber and biofuel transactions.

Conditions

The position is permanent with placement at the head office in Umeå. Start date is according to agreement.
