Do you want to help people and solve problems this summer?

CyberPhoto is now looking for summer interns for our customer service – where you will play an important role in providing customers with a safe and smooth experience 💬📦

As a customer service representative, you will primarily work via email with issues related to returns, complaints, and delivery questions. You will have contact with both private individuals and companies, and collaborate closely with the warehouse and sales teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering questions about deliveries, returns, and refunds

• Handling customer inquiries via email and phone

• Registering and following up on complaints

• Communicating with other departments as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a calm and professional demeanor

• Is detail-oriented and enjoys working with structure

• Is good at expressing themselves in writing

• Masters Swedish and preferably English as well

When? Full-time during the summer (2 months). Start date to be agreed upon.
