We are now looking for an administrator in operations and maintenance for our establishment in Norsjö. Your mission as an administrator 

As an administrator, you are an important support for the site manager and team leaders in our various projects within the site manager area. The tasks are primarily focused on project follow-up, handling and control of invoices, KMA (Quality, Environment, and Work Environment), work preparations, minor purchases, etc. Your main tools are a computer and phone, a cheerful demeanor, and a willingness to assist where needed.

The position is full-time, and working hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.

It is important that you are active, positive, and engaged in your work. You thrive in working efficiently and in a structured manner. We assume that you are helpful, unpretentious, and have a sense of service.  Requirements for the position include good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as a B driver's license. Good computer skills and thorough knowledge of the Office suite are essential for succeeding in the role. If you have previously worked with administrative tasks, we consider that an advantage.
