Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers, and want to gain valuable experience in finance? Then this could be the summer job for you! We are looking for someone to work with accounts payable during the summer and help ensure our client's payments run smoothly even when regular staff are on vacation.

The position is full-time during the day, starting upon agreement. There will be an opportunity to work from Umeå.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier invoices and code them in the business system
• Ensure invoices are approved and paid on time
• Contact suppliers regarding invoice inquiries
• Support the finance department with other administrative tasks

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ongoing studies in finance equivalent to work experience
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Preferred:

• Previous administrative work experience
