Do you want to contribute to making our everyday life run smoothly? Aimplan is growing, and we are now looking for a meticulous and self-driven administrator who can support our operations with a wide range of administrative tasks. The position is part-time at 50% and will be performed on-site at our office in central Skellefteå.

About the role

As an administrator with us, you will play an important role in ensuring that our internal administration functions efficiently and in a structured manner. You will work closely with both management and employees, as well as have contact with customers, suppliers, and our accounting agency.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Invoicing and maintaining the contract database
  • Accounts payable and handling credit card transactions
  • Administering time reporting and sick leave
  • Managing Fora, Trygg-Hansa, pension solutions, insurances, etc.
  • Booking travel, hotels, and transportation
  • Ensuring that the office operates practically and administratively – including coordinating the move to a new larger office in September (also in central Skellefteå)
  • Planning and executing staff activities
  • Collaborating with our external accounting agency

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with similar administrative tasks
  • Is meticulous, structured, and enjoys keeping things organized
  • Thrives in working independently and taking initiative
  • Has good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (a requirement) and English

Location

The position is based at our headquarters in central Skellefteå, at Nygatan 52. Although we offer flexibility in many roles, we value the creativity and community that arises from daily collaboration on-site with colleagues in this role.
