The Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics conducts research in computational mathematics, discrete mathematics, mathematical modeling and analysis, mathematical statistics, and mathematics for artificial intelligence. Our teaching is conducted at all levels and includes mathematics, mathematical statistics, and computational science. Among our partners are international research groups, academic institutions, public organizations, and companies.

The Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics is seeking an experienced study administrator for a full-time position for six months.

Application deadline: May 2, 2025.

We are now looking for a temporary full-time study administrator for the period of July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The main tasks will include:

• Study administrative work, including exam administration, course websites, and results reporting.
• Administrative service to students and teachers.
• Other administrative tasks.

Qualifications
To meet the requirements for the position of study administrator, you should have at least a high school diploma, experience in study administrative tasks, and a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Additionally, the job requires you to be self-driven, flexible, and structured. You need to have good collaboration skills and be service-oriented and stable as a person.

It is an advantage if you have a higher education degree, experience in study administration within the higher education sector, and have worked with the university's administrative systems such as Ladok, Canvas, TE Exam, Inspera, Time Edit, O365, and TE core.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

About the position
The position is full-time and is a temporary appointment for the period of July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
