The Personal Distance Meeting department offers remote service and support to job seekers and employers.

Through tailored meetings with job seekers and employers, we contribute to creating an accessible authority throughout Sweden.

Our Workplace

We sit together where collaboration and support are central to creating a vibrant atmosphere. At our office in Lycksele, there are 32 employees. Together, we work towards common goals and can always rely on each other's support in our daily work. Role Description

In your role, you will be an important support for job seekers and employers across the country and contribute to making a difference every day. The work requires curiosity with the ability to make the difficult simple. A central part of the role is guidance to our job seekers and employers.

Basic Requirements for the Position

• University/higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• Alternatively, have worked at the Employment Agency as an employment officer, decision handler, customer resource, case officer, or service officer

And

• At least 2 years of work experience, collectively working at least 50 percent over a total of two years
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, that is, a good ability to communicate in speech and writing, as well as high reading comprehension

Our Offer

The positions are permanent full-time with a 6-month probationary period. Start date September 1. The work location is Lycksele.
