We have over 500 employees and our main types of cases are migration cases, assistance cases, social insurance cases, tax cases, and public procurement cases. About the position
As a legal clerk, you are very important for the court to carry out its important societal task. You work on legal investigations, prepare proposals for judgments and decisions, present cases and proposals for resolution, and write notes during oral hearings.
In addition, you prepare cases, address practical and procedural issues, and communicate with parties. The cases you work on can be very varied and sometimes require quick handling. In this recruitment, we are looking for legal clerks for several of our departments. The court has nine departments focusing on migration, tax, or general cases. Please indicate in your application which type of department you are interested in; you can specify multiple types of departments.
Qualifications
We are looking for a lawyer with a law degree or a Bachelor of Laws. You are either qualified as a trainee or have completed your traineeship by 2025-08-31, or have at least two years of experience in qualified legal work at a general administrative court.
It is an advantage if you have at least one year of experience in qualified legal work within the areas of administrative law after graduation.
To perform well in the position of legal clerk, you need to be a highly skilled lawyer with excellent legal methodology and problem-solving abilities, as well as very good written and oral communication skills. You demonstrate very good judgment, have excellent collaboration skills while also being able to work independently. Your work capacity is high, and you are results-oriented, executing tasks in a structured and meticulous manner. You possess a high degree of self-awareness and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. You can quickly adapt to new circumstances and are positive, working constructively under pressure.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. Work samples and tests may be part of the recruitment process.
