We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a varied role where you will play a central part in the entire project, from customer visits and quotes to final installation and handover to the customer. You will work closely with our internal departments, including design and workshop, and maintain close communication with customers to ensure their needs and requirements are met in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

· Customer visits and quoting: Conduct technical reviews with customers and provide quotes for suitable lifting equipment.

· Collaboration with the design department: Work with the design team to develop tailored solutions for the customer's needs.

· Coordination with customers and internal teams: Ensure that all parties are synchronized through regular check-ins.

· Close dialogue with the workshop: Collaborate with the workshop during the development and testing of lifting equipment to ensure that the solutions meet the customer's requirements.

· Project management: Take responsibility for driving the project forward, making decisions, and implementing them internally and externally.

· Negotiations: Participate in negotiations and make decisions that drive the project forward, both internally and with the customer.

Qualifications:

• Technical understanding: You have a solid technical background and can communicate solutions to both customers and internal teams, including design and workshop.
• Experience in project management: You have experience in project management and driving projects from start to finish.
• Data knowledge: You have good knowledge of relevant systems and tools to manage projects and communicate effectively.
• Structured: You have a strong ability to keep track of details and ensure that all steps in the project are executed according to plan.
• Communicative: You enjoy having an active dialogue with both customers and colleagues, and you are a solution-oriented team player.
• Flexibility: Since weekend work may occur in this role, you are flexible and prepared to work as needed.
