We are now looking for more operational supervisors for the demolition project at Ringhals Nuclear Power Plant.

Responsibilities As a supervisor with us, the focus is on operationally leading and organizing dismantlers in our demolition project. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, according to safety regulations and with the highest quality. You will be part of a team working on varied and challenging demolition assignments where no day is the same. Your tasks will include:

• Operational leadership of demolition workers
• Planning and resource management
• Safety and quality
• Documentation and reporting
• Active participation in practical work
• Continuous development of work methods

Education and Experience We are looking for a technically educated and experienced leader, preferably with a background in construction or industry. You have good knowledge of dismantling, demolition, and safety regulations, as well as experience leading larger groups of around 20 people. You are structured, flexible, and enjoy both operational and strategic work to ensure the project's success. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. You have a B driver's license. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities and willingness to help build the future Nuvia.

The Position A fixed-term employment of 6 months will initially apply, after which the employment may transition to permanent.

Since the work is performed at a nuclear facility, a security interview, background check, medical examination, and drug test will be conducted.
