In the role of Team Leader, you are an important part of our execution work with the renewal and new installation of our network. Together with your team, which consists of three workgroups with about fifteen employees, you are responsible for ensuring that our projects meet set goals and budgets in line with our high-quality standards. Together with the Network Group Manager and the Team Leader for Network - Operations, we work to ensure that the groups' emergency response operations for urgent repairs function around the clock, as well as to identify, describe, and prioritize the organization's renewal and development needs of existing water infrastructure.

As a Team Leader at LBVA, you will be offered an exciting role with a future focus where you work closely with colleagues in the Network group. Main job responsibilities include managing daily operations, resource planning, collaboration with contractors, material purchasing, as well as overarching process issues and improvement work. You support and lead your employees in their daily work and also have workplace safety responsibility for your workgroups. The role offers great variation with a focus on team spirit and improvement work.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have at least a high school diploma and good technical understanding as well as several years of work experience. To perform well in the role, you should have an understanding of permitting processes, machinery maintenance, and good computer skills. Previous experience and knowledge in water infrastructure is an advantage. We prefer that you are not completely new to the team leader role but have experience as, for example, a team leader, shift leader, or foreman, preferably from a water company, administration, construction, or process industry. You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
