The role of a paving worker

We are now seeking paving workers for machine teams & spreading teams for work in Halland & North West Skåne. As a paving worker, you will work out in the field, together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the work vary, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, meaning that work is primarily carried out from April to December.

Your profile

You have a basic education equivalent to a high school level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. We prefer that you have practical experience working with asphalt in machine teams or spreading teams.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is careful with time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. It is required that you are flexible and adaptable and have good communication skills.

And don't forget, a B driver's license is a requirement for this position.

Additional information:
A B driver's license is a requirement, and BE or CE licenses are advantageous. The position is a seasonal full-time employment based in Biskopstorp, Halland, or Åstorp in Skåne. A probationary period applies.
