Site Manager Wanted for Our Operations in Halland

Congratulations Halland! We are taking the next step in our growth strategy and expanding our operations southward with a new business area that includes Halland and northwestern Skåne. We need more Brixly team members – are you the one we are looking for?

As a site manager in Halland, you will have a central role, ensuring that the project adheres to the timeline and budget. You will coordinate subcontractors and in-house staff while ensuring that the work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations. You will plan and lead the daily tasks on a project together with a site supervisor. Brixly works with both private and municipal clients, and our projects can range from large to small.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, but most importantly is your attitude and personality. You have a broad construction knowledge and experience in leading daily tasks on a project in consultation with a site supervisor. As a person, you are solution-oriented and driven by teamwork. You see the administrative aspects of the role as a given, just like safety on the worksite, which you prioritize and place first in your projects. As a seasoned relationship builder, you always have a personal approach and a business mindset when meeting clients and partners of Brixly.

Good computer skills and experience with various industry systems, a driver's license, and proficiency in Swedish are required.

This position is a permanent full-time employment. Your workplace will alternate between current projects, and our operations in Halland are based out of our office in Halmstad.

Start date according to agreement.
