We are doing well at CBRE GWS Projects and are therefore looking for a business-driven technical project manager based in Falkenberg and Helsingborg, as this position is placed directly with the client. Several of our clients' operations are classified as critical infrastructure and protected objects according to the Protection Act and have access control. We collaborate with global and local clients across various sectors and industries. The work as a technical project manager means that you drive/participate in projects on-site with the client, primarily based at Carlsberg's factories in Falkenberg and Helsingborg. Travel may also occur to other locations, as needed for project support to our clients or colleagues.

What does a typical day at work look like?

As a project manager with us, you have the privilege of managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying sizes and scopes, where you have daily contact with your CBRE colleagues, clients, and suppliers. In your role as a technical project manager, you identify and develop project opportunities and plan and execute everything from property adaptations in outdoor environments to office projects and installation projects in industrial settings. You prevent and manage risks in the projects. You are responsible for project management against established quality, budget, and timelines.

You ensure the project's quality and value for the business as well as that the projects comply with the client contract. As a person, you are skilled at influencing, persuading, negotiating, and winning new business.

You will also lead various project groups and be responsible for internal and external communication, as well as coordinating consultants and contractors. As a project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that both subcontractors' and CBRE's deliveries are executed according to established processes and meet local requirements and regulations. You should have general knowledge of the technical aspects of a property in terms of ventilation, earthworks, cooling, electricity, backup power, networks, and security.

You who are applying have/are:

• Education in project management, engineering, or similar
• Experience working closely with international clients and driving client dialogue
• Experience leading contractors
• Bas P and U are advantageous, as well as experience in construction law
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Confident in yourself as a person
• Value following the company's rules and approval processes
• Accustomed to working in an industrial environment
