In the factory, we mainly manufacture concrete elements for multi-family houses, i.e., interior walls, exterior walls, balcony slabs, and columns. We also deliver painted/plastered walls with or without window installation.

Your Role

As a production worker, you will primarily work with shaping, reinforcing, and casting concrete according to production specifications and instructions. It is a solid craft that is performed with great accuracy and precision. You will work in a team, where you recognize the strength of the group, which means that you work together with the team to achieve the set goals. The work is characterized by a strong focus on quality and safety.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is willing to work and handy. It is advantageous if you have experience in the construction industry or from manufacturing and if you have worked with the production of concrete walls. You should be quick to learn new things, be driven, and able to deliver good quality even in a high work pace. We always work in teams, which means you should be good at collaborating, have a positive attitude, and be flexible.

We expect you to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
