We are now looking for a customer service representative for our innovative and sustainability-conscious client Sollentuna Energi & Miljö. Sollentuna Energi & Miljö AB, SEOM, is a local energy and environmental company owned by Sollentuna municipality. In this role, you will handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email. Customers need your help with questions regarding electricity, district heating, fiber, water, and waste. Here, you will become part of a wonderful team with 12 helpful colleagues!

This is a full-time consulting assignment that initially lasts until the turn of the year, where you will be employed by The Place. If the match is right and there is a need, there is an opportunity to continue part-time after the turn of the year. Desired start is immediate.

Job Responsibilities In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Receive calls, emails, and chats, and proactively contact customers
• Administer contracts in our business system and register customer interactions in our case management system
• Actively work to create added value

To thrive and succeed in the role of customer service representative, we believe you have:

• Experience in customer service
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

It is an advantage if you:

• Live in or near Sollentuna
• Have previous experience in energy & environment
• Have sales experience
• Experience with business or case management systems

A little more information about the position:

• This is a full-time consulting assignment that initially extends until the turn of the year, where you will be employed by The Place. If the match is right and there is a need, there is an opportunity to continue part-time after the turn of the year.
• Working hours are Mon - Fri 07:45-16:30. (Fridays 07:45-13 May-Aug).
• Desired start is immediate.
