About the Role of Marketing Coordinator

As a marketing coordinator with our client in Stockholm, you will work closely with the Shopper Marketing Executive Team and Account Managers to drive activation plans, campaigns, and assortment development. The role is broad and involves coordination, analysis, and support for multiple teams within the marketing and sales functions. You will also be responsible for translations, managing purchase orders, and coordinating in-store materials across the Nordics. This is an assignment for someone who is self-driven, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement local activation plans
• Create and implement campaign and assortment proposals based on market data and shopper insights
• Coordinate in-store campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the EMEA team
• Be responsible for merchandising processes and follow-up for retail customers in the Nordics
• Manage translations of marketing communications into local languages
• Handle purchase orders, quote management, and cost follow-up
• Participate in planning and execution of customer events and other marketing activities

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has a strong interest in marketing. You are used to working both operationally and analytically and have a drive to constantly develop. You have a good ability to collaborate with different parts of an organization and thrive in a coordinating role where the pace can be high.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good experience with Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Strong ability to build relationships and work in virtual teams
• Experience in driving projects from idea to execution
