About the Job

We are now looking for passionate inside sales representatives for our office in Solna, right next to the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.
In this role, you will contact private individuals to sell electricity agreements. Our clients are leaders in their industry, giving you the best possible conditions to deliver at your best and achieve success in your work. What We Offer:
- Base salary + commission: We offer a base salary based on experience and a commission model that allows you to reach high salary levels
- Balanced working hours: A preliminary 35-hour workweek (approx. 09:00–17:00) gives you more time for leisure and recovery. We also adhere to the vacation law
- Support and community: We offer continuous training, coaching, and team activities to promote your development. AW, sales competitions, etc., together with fantastic colleagues
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
- Is both communicative and service-oriented with a natural ability to build relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction
- Has a strong commitment and drive to achieve your goals
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
- Experience in sales is a plus but not a requirement. We provide you with the right conditions to succeed
Employment and Start: We offer a 6-month probationary employment, which will then transition to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing.
