We are looking for a driven and communicative CRM Manager/Project Leader for an exciting consulting assignment with an actor in airport operations in Stockholm. The assignment runs from May 15 to December 31, 2025, full-time with placement at the office in Stockholm. There is an opportunity for 25% remote work.

As a CRM Manager/Project Leader/Change Leader, you will be a key person in the work to optimize and ensure a successful internal implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing. You will work closely with the business units within marketing and sales to ensure that business processes are effectively integrated into the CRM system. The role is placed within the marketing and sales department and involves close collaboration with users and stakeholders in the organization.

• Lead the internal implementation and optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within Sales & Marketing.
• Work closely with business units to identify business needs and translate these into functional solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Be responsible for project planning, timelines, structure, and delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively between departments to enable smooth implementation and use of the system.
• Support and train users in Microsoft Dynamics to ensure a successful rollout.
• Work on continuous optimization of the system and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you are a confident and solution-oriented project manager with strong communication skills and experience in change management. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can drive development in close collaboration with the business.

• At least 2 years of experience working with change management and business development.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager within CRM, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
• Experience leading internal projects, preferably focusing on change management and implementation of CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its modules for sales and marketing.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing in CRM systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience working in a dynamic, internal environment.
• Ability to communicate, build trust, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and departments within the organization.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
