JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In the role of Customer Service Representative/Coordinator, you will handle incoming calls and coordinate transports and personnel. You will work closely with several parts of the business to ensure that all flows function properly. You will become part of a dynamic team of 20 employees with an experienced colleague in the same role. Here you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference by quickly and efficiently handling customer inquiries and ensuring that information is correctly entered into the systems.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Has work experience in service
• Is comfortable using the phone as the primary working tool
• Has good data and system skills

Other Information:

• Start: Immediate
• Scope: Full-time, 40h/week
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
• Assignment: Initially six months with very good chances of extension as the ambition is long-term as long as all parties are satisfied
• Location: Sollentuna, mostly on-site
• Background check: A criminal record extract will be conducted upon hiring
