At Geposit, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager who wants to be part of a successful team and grow within B2B sales. Does that sound exciting? Read on!

Geposit is a Stockholm-based SaaS company that offers leading services in geodata. We help companies understand and drive their business from a geographical perspective using various services, including an API for address validation, a digital mapping service for geographical zoning, and services for geotargeting online ads. Our customers span many industries, but we particularly target companies with field resources, such as transport and service companies.

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a central role in our efforts to identify and create new business opportunities. Your main tasks will include prospecting and researching to find and analyze potential customers within our key segments. You will actively contact prospective companies and individuals via calls and emails, aiming to schedule sales meetings that will be handed over to our Account Manager – while also participating in meetings yourself to develop and learn the entire sales process. The goal is for you to gradually grow into the role of Account Manager, where you will eventually take on greater account responsibilities and drive business independently.

You will also be responsible for keeping our CRM system updated and organized, ensuring a structured and efficient sales process. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our methods and techniques for driving outbound sales efforts even more effectively.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven, unpretentious, and business-minded in your approach. A key word for us is "grit," meaning curiosity and the ability not to give up until you have achieved your goals. You are creative, sociable, enjoy meeting people, and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Since we work with digital services, it is an advantage if you have basic IT skills and can quickly understand our solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Are hungry and motivated to learn and develop in sales.
  • Have strong social skills and are comfortable reaching out both via phone and email.
  • Are organized and meticulous in your work – appreciate order and clarity in systems.
  • Have “grit” – you don’t give up, even when the work presents challenges.

It is a plus if you have previous experience in telemarketing or experience from a B2B environment.

Since our customers are primarily located in Sweden, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
