Customer Success Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION
Antirio is a Swedish company founded in 1996 that develops and provides system support and methodology for public procurement and digital purchasing processes. The company offers cloud-based services, including the procurement system e-Avrop, which enables a fully digitized purchasing process from the creation of procurement documents to contract follow-up.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work within the e-Avrop business area and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, long-term customer relationships, and high customer retention. The role involves both operational and strategic work to develop and improve the customer journey from onboarding to support, training, and contract renewals. You will belong to a smaller team and have a strong focus on upselling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Lead the work with customer management
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Upselling to existing customers
- Onboarding new customers to the system
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience working with Customer Success or customer management.
- Has experience and knowledge of public procurement.
- Has experience with upselling, contract renewals, and customer support processes.
It is a merit and your application will be prioritized if you have experience with the e-Avrop system or a similar system.
